MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY. BERLIN
Located in the former death strip of Berlin, the 4,000 m² building, once a textile factory then an Agricultural Academy of the GDR, was left to disintegrate over a period of 20 years. It was a conscious decision of the clients to implement the new capital headquarters of one of the largest international management consultancies here. This was the perfect challenge for us. The connection between habitat and quality work space was the focus of the design. Thus arose over six floors diverse workplace concepts; focus-rooms serve as small retreats, large conference and meeting spaces as well as chance encounter areas are supplemented by a loft-like entrance area and a heritage listed cafeteria. Roof terraces on different levels, yoga and fitness facilities invite you to relax.
